These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Replicavox ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Replicavox.
Service Overview
ReplicaVox is an AI-powered voice replication platform that allows users to generate and replicate voices from text or audio input. To access premium features, voice cloning, and generation history, an account is required. We store your data securely to provide these services but do not use your private content to train our core AI models.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Replicavox responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to:
- Impersonate individuals without their explicit, written consent.
- Create or share misleading, defamatory, illegal, or harmful content.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or exploit the service via automated means.
- Use ReplicaVox for any activity that violates any applicable local or international law.
Our platform is provided for "Good Purpose" use only. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that engage in unethical usage or non-consensual voice replication.
We reserve the right to block or restrict access to users who misuse the platform or violate these conditions.
Content Ownership & Rights
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the audio you generate. However, by using our voice cloning features, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority and all necessary permissions to replicate the provided voice.
ReplicaVox provides the tools for generation, but the user is solely responsible for the legality and ethical implications of the content they produce. While we generate the audio via our system, we do not monitor every piece of output; therefore, user discretion and legal compliance are mandatory.
If you delete your account, we will delete all associated data from our servers.
All Replicavox software, models, branding, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Replicavox and its licensors.
Rate Limits & Fair Use
To maintain stability and ensure fair access, Replicavox may enforce usage limits such as request caps or temporary restrictions. Excessive or automated usage may result in temporary suspension or IP blocking.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Replicavox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the generated voices or any part of the service. Use of Replicavox is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replicavox and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount (if any) you paid for access to the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the site operator. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under the laws of that jurisdiction.
